Are Your Departures Guaranteed?
Absolutely! All our group tours come with a guarantee of departure.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Reservation?
Changes and cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you need to make adjustments to your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that once airline tickets are issued, they are typically non-transferable and non-cancellable.
I Am Still Unsure, Can I Make a Pencil Booking?
Sorry, we cannot accept pencil bookings at the moment.
Why Is the Visa Fee from Your All Inclusive Package?
Some of our clients already have the necessary Visa for the destination, we do not want to charge them for something that they do no need. We have excluded this to lower the base price for our Hand Carried Travelers

I Hold a Passport That Doesn't Require a Visa for the Destination. Can I Use It?
Absolutely! Feel free to use your visa-exempt passport for your journey. However, if you have a Philippine passport, please provide it as well
What If My Visa Application Is Denied?
If your visa application is declined, we will refund your deposit fee, as long as no charges have been incurred by our travel partners.

Do the Packages Include Daily Meals?
All our packages include a complimentary breakfast courtesy of the hotel. Half-board or full-board meals will be stated per package.

What Are Your Payment Terms?
To secure your slot, we require a non-refundable down payment. The full payment is due at least 30 days before departure.
