1. Booking Cancellation

2. Cancellation Fees
2.1. Standard Cancellation: If a customer cancels their booking within [30] days before the scheduled departure date, they will incur a cancellation fee of [80]% of the total booking cost.
2.2. Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled departure date will be subject to a higher cancellation fee of [100]% of the total booking cost.

3. Refunds

4. No-Show Policy
4.1. Definition: A "no-show" occurs when a customer fails to arrive at the designated departure point or location at the scheduled time without prior notice.
4.2. No-Show Fees: Customers who do not show up for their scheduled booking without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. The full booking cost will be forfeited.
5. Cancellation Procedure
5.1. Notification: To cancel a booking, customers must notify us as soon as possible via the contact information provided on our website or in the booking confirmation.
5.2. Cancellation Confirmation: Customers will receive a cancellation confirmation and details regarding any applicable cancellation fees.
6. Exceptions
6.1. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of both parties, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies, our cancellation policy may be subject to exceptions. We will work with affected customers on a case-by-case basis to provide appropriate solutions.
